Bought a 2011 BMW Z4 from Simon and he was absolutely great. Transparent the whole way through, car was as described, few age related marks but to be expected for a 15 year old car, came with a fresh service and I drove away happy. Simon even threw in a little hamper for me! Will definatley be coming back to simon when my partner changes her car later in the year!

Simon made the whole process a breeze. Will gladly recommend and be back for another car in the future. No rubbish salesman chat , just good honest discussions which was a refreshing change from the norm.

Just brought a Citroen C3 and the service was excellent, Simon sorted all the documents and took my car in part exchange .No hard sell , car had the cam belt done and I drove away same day. Very pleased with the car at a competitive price.

Simon was helpful and friendly from the start. We were buying a car for my mum and she was unsure of the car at first. There was no pressure from Simon, we were left for as long as we needed to view the car. We had a few questions about some very minor things we noticed but he was able to satisfy our requirements by explaining the thorough checks he has done before the sale and everything we noticed was looked into and resolved. He also accommodated delivery of the car to my mum. Prior to delivery he kept us up to date with progress via phone. Could not have asked for more. Would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service. Found just the car we were looking for via AA site. As we live so far away from the garage (Scotland), was a little apprehensive about reserving the car before we’d actually seen it or test driven it, but got the AA to do an inspection which came back fine so we paid the deposit and traveled down to collect the car. Had a great experience with Simon at Key autosales. I was looking for quite a specific car, and was let down by a main dealer. Simon was very patient yet very quick at providing me with all the required details of the vehicle. He was very friendly and genuine, no beating around the bush and no hiding anything either. The whole transaction was very efficient, smooth and well organised. We organised for the car to be picked up and delivered to what would effectively be the diagonal opposite end of England and that was all done within a few days. Car arrived in stunning condition, clean inside and out and even had a great "new car pack"! Hopefully this car will last some time, but wouldn't have a problem buying another car from Simon in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you again.

Fantastic service from initial enquiry to Collection. Did everything they promised to prepare the vehicle as a few marks. They were completely honest about the damage but was like a new car when I went to collect, absolutely spotless. I had a really bad experience with another dealer the week before where they said the car was mint and literally a dent in every panel but Key Auto's were completely honest and upfront which is rare these days. Would 100% recommend.

Just bought a new car from here. So friendly and helpful from the offset. Car had all work done on it (timing belt etc) included in price to make sure it was in top condition all with in a couple of days ready for collection. All paperwork is copied for proof of work done and parts ordered to give reassurance. Great warranty cover. Extremely professional and helpful. I know if I have any issues with the car they will be more than happy to help!
